Where's the NYC COVID Breakthrough Data?

Breakthrough: a CoV2 infection after you have been vaccinated
For those where this topic is new, please look at this tweet from 2/12/22:
In that tweet, I show how NYC Dept of Health data changes over time by moving large chunks of Cases, Hospitalizations, and Deaths from the Unvaccinated pile into the Vaccinated pile. This dramatically changes the ratios, but @nycHealthy does not announce these adjustments, nor does any media outlet (they probably don’t even know it’s happening).
After we posted that tweet - among many others - we then went on BlazeTV with Steve Deace for a live interview (31:25 mark) where I explained what was happening.
That same day, @nycHealthy was supposed to publish its weekly COVID data update in GitHub. However, they updated everything EXCEPT the Weekly Breakthrough file, which is the file that tells us how many of each week’s Cases, Hospitalizations, and Deaths were Unvaccinated and Vaccinated. Interestingly, that’s the same day Public Health Scotland announced it would stop publishing detailed COVID data because,
"The case rates, hospitalisation rates, the death rates are very simple statistics, whereas for the vaccine effectiveness studies we use modelling…”
so that they can…
"…do a lot more on the vaccine effectiveness side and try and make people understand how effective the vaccine is.”
I started asking @nycHealthy questions and even submitted an Issue in GitHub asking formally.
I also then noticed this warning on their dashboard.
As of now at 4pm ET on Tuesday, 2/22/22, that data has still not been updated.
If you look at the version history, you find this data has been updated every Thursday this year like clockwork until this week.
Why is this happening and why now? Could it be related to this statement from NYC DOH Commissioner Chokshi back in September? Hat Tip to @ljamie6:
“I’m proud to say that we are one of the most transparent jurisdictions in the entire world, with respect to the data that we continue to release,” Chokshi said Tuesday, on a conference call with Jewish media outlets. “We always have to make sure of two things. The first is that the data that we release is scientifically valid … the second is that the data is also connected to a public health purpose, which is why we are ensuring that the key message is around the fact that if you have had prior infection,” you should still get vaccinated.
All we can do now is wait for the file to update and/or for someone at @nycHealthy to respond. I even asked Mayor Adams and Commissioner Chokshi on Twitter in hopes of getting someone to notice and care that this is happening.
